Phases

Kalki Agro Village is not a conventional real estate project. It is a consciously designed permaculture-based agro community living initiative, created to restore harmony between humans, nature, soil, water, and natural energy systems.

The entire development is thoughtfully divided into 6 phases, each of 6 months duration, with the complete project timeline of 3 years.

Phase 1 (October 2025 to March 2026) – Foundation Phase
This phase focused on establishing the core foundation of the project, including:

* Boundary development
* Temporary functional structures
* Arrangement of essential construction equipment
* Identification, interview, and hiring of highly skilled artisans and experts
* Survey and evaluation of raw materials and cost optimization
* Detailed land study and observation
* Earth building research and practical experiments
* Master planning, map design, and technical detailing

This phase is now approaching successful completion.

Phase 2 (April 2026 to September 2026) – Infrastructure & Ecosystem Development Phase
This phase will focus on bringing life and functionality to the land, including:

* Renewable energy systems installation
* Water infrastructure and management works
* Permaculture-based landscaping
* Internal road development
* Large-scale tree plantation
* Development of lakes, ponds, and water bodies

This phase will be completed by September.

Important Note
As each development phase is completed, the value and pricing will automatically be revised to the next phase level, reflecting the increased development, infrastructure, and ecological value.
